All the processing power in the world is useless unless you can connect it to your machine to make it move the way you want it to. That's where ExtraTech's interface solutions come into play. Our intelligent motion controllers are normally connected to one of our I/O interface boards. A rich set of I/O options are available on our I/O boards. Optically isolated inputs and outputs, non-isolated inputs and outputs, and on-board OPTO22 outputs (optically isolated outputs capable of high voltage and amperage) are standard features. We have a complete selection of boards to join our motion controller to your machine as your needs require. The RIO is our remote I/O board for adding additional inputs to our controllers. The M20 is a low cost option for less demanding applications. The M41K is our main I/O interface. The M54-R5 provides a mid-range I/O interface combined with stepper motor drivers on-board. |
