Job Previewer allows a job file to be viewed as it would appear finished by the machine. The job file can be viewed prior to execution, or while the machine is running. Several types of files can be viewed including HPGL and CNC. When the user opens a job file, what is displayed is an image of the piece the machine will make when the controller executes the job file. Job Previewer comes in handy when it is difficult to remember a particular file, or when creating a new job file and de-bugging needs to be done out wasting machine time and materials.
Job Previewer is similar to standard graphical applications. Jobs can be viewed in three dimensions, zoomed, panned, and rotated. The actual points and vectors and that make up the image can be seen. For more details on Job Previewer refer to the Windows® help files that came with the software.
